This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made on PawNestqq.shop and outlines our fulfillment and delivery practices.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Sundays and public holidays). "Processing time" refers to the period from order confirmation to the moment the shipment is dispatched from our Fort Worth, Texas facility.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We fulfill orders domestically within the United States to ensure efficient and safe delivery for our pet products.

Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our fulfillment warehouse in Fort Worth, Texas
Estimated Shipping Time: Once dispatched, the estimated shipping time is 2 to 3 business days for most US locations
Total Delivery Time: Therefore, the total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 3 to 5 business days

Shipping Cost

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the contiguous United States. No handling or delivery fees apply.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Tax Information

Sales Tax: Since we ship domestically within the United States, no customs duties apply. However, applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and Texas state lawsTexas Comptroller of Public Accounts.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipping times to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may be longer (5-7 business days).
